The working principle of electric valve

Electric valves usually consist of electric actuators  valves. The electric valve uses electric energy as power to drive the valve through the electric actuator to realize the opening  closing of the valve. So as to achieve the purpose of switching the pipeline medium.

Solenoid valve is a type of electric valve; it uses the magnetic field generated by the electromagnetic coil to pull the valve core, thereby changing the on-off of the valve body, the coil is de-energized,  the valve core is retracted by the pressure of the spring.

Installation  adjustment of electric valve controller

1. Install  fix it according to the selected model  specification as shown in the figure,  the ground terminal on the rear panel is reliably grounded.

2. The circuit diagram numbers of the controller  the electric device are the same. Use the cable to connect the controller  the electric device according to the same terminal number. If the user does  need on-site control, terminals 12, 13,  14 can be left unconnected. When the electric valve controller is used in the automatic control system, terminals 12, 13  14 are used for the input terminals of the corresponding signals of "automatic opening"  "automatic closing".

3. Press the power button, the power indicator light is on, the on-site remote control switch points to the remote control,  the remote control indicator light is on.

4. Open the valve to 50% opening with the handwheel, press the open  close button,  check whether the rotation direction of the valve is the same as the button pressed.

If they are inconsistent, press the stop button immediately, cut off the three-phase power supply,  exchange any two phases of the three-phase power supply.

5. Press the valve open button, when the valve is fully open in place, the valve open indicator on the front panel is on; press the close valve button, when the valve is fully closed in place

When the valve is closed, the valve closing indicator on the front panel is on; when the valve needs to be stopped during the opening  closing process, press the stop key to stop the valve.

Short circuit terminals 4  7,  the accident light on the front panel will turn on.

6. When the valve is in the fully open position, adjust the adjustment potentiometer on the front panel to make the opening degree meter display 100%.

7. The on-site remote control switch points to the site, the on-site indicator light is on, the No. 12  No. 13 terminals are short-circuited, the valve  the opening direction are running, which is a jog operation.

State; short-circuit terminals 12  14, the valve runs in the closed direction,  is in the jog state.

8. The fuse on the rear panel is 5×20, 1A.
